We stayed at Elite Hotel Van as a news team in late January 2026, after spending a night at another hotel. We had to broadcast several news bulletins live from the hotel, and everything went smoothly. The room was big, with a nice view, and the service was very good. We lost our room key cards repeatedly, almost every two hours, but each time the staff immediately gave us a new one with the same charming smile. I’ll always remember Buse, Gulestan, Eren, Serdar, Mohammed, Mazlum, Emin and Yilmmaz and their warm smiles. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, patient, kind, supportive, and professional. We’ve stayed in many hotels in different cities and countries, but it’s rare to feel this kind of genuine hospitality. You don’t feel like a stranger here, and you quickly feel safe and at ease. We even wanted to stay longer. The pricing was exceptional, perhaps because of the season, and didn’t come with the usual tourist-area policies. I’ve stayed at Elite Hotel in Istanbul before, but the Van branch was a unique experience.

The hotel was friendly and clean, with an affordable price and high-quality food. Our room was big, and the massive bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, too. The receptionist was helpful, especially Mohammad, and sardar and siyavash and Golestan helped us find places to eat and shop. Great experience, highly recommend for a city break.

The hotel was very good, with a super delicious breakfast and smiling staff. At reception, Abdullah and Mohammad were especially helpful, like brothers to me. Bilal and Harun corlu were helpful too, and so was Halil, the taxi driver. He helped us a lot.

We stayed for 12 days, and Msr. Gulistan, eren, mustafa and samet were all really helpful and friendly. Our room on the seventh floor was quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool was large, clean, and not busy during the daytime, and the gym was good too. Breakfast was okay. The room refrigerator wasn’t cold enough to keep food, but those were minor issues for us.

The pool is huge, and the sauna and other facilities are really good. The location is definitely the best part. Staff were kind and helpful, though housekeeping could pay more attention to how they clean.
