The food was genuinely delicious, and the staff were polite. My wife and I also found the rooms clean, which made our holiday more enjoyable. I’d recommend this place to everyone looking for a lovely break in Van.

When I arrived at night, I checked whether I could pay by card. They said I could, so I paid for that night. The next day, when I asked to stay another night, I was told cards weren’t accepted, and they made the whole thing difficult. I’m posting this here because I don’t want them to get penalized by Cimer (the Turkish Presidential Complaint Center)!!! Please do your job properly, or I’ll report you and file a complaint....
