I went in for soup, but they spoke to me rudely, asking if I wanted anything besides soup. When I said no, they raised the displayed soup price. I asked why, and they tried to fool me with a ridiculous excuse about it being children's soup. When I said I'd complain, the man unbuttoned his shirt and told me, "Go wherever you want." They were incredibly rude, sullen, and overbearing. Don't ever go.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was great, too. It's near the old Assos harbour, beside Assos hotel. The map location is wrong.

We chose this place for breakfast in the ancient city of Assos and were very disappointed. The breakfast was lacking in both quality and taste, and the service was slow and indifferent. Most upsetting was the toilet hygiene. It was clear nobody was keeping them clean. Such a bad experience in a tourist area was disappointing, and I can't recommend it.

The guesthouse is in a great location, but it was poorly managed. We didn't even get to see our room, so I can't comment on it. We'd booked one night weeks ahead, yet when we arrived late in the evening with our baby after a long trip, they said they didn't know about the booking and had no rooms left. They were at fault, but still treated us unkindly. After a long wait, someone found us another place nearby, and we had to stay at a different guesthouse. I'm grateful we weren't left out on the street during the holiday rush, but this experience put a damper on the start of our Assos vacation.

The owner is so warm and friendly, and the dumplings and Turkish coffee are fantastic. Having coffee at a table under a peach tree on a side street is lovely 👍🏻
