Patara Caretta Hotel

The hotel is in a quiet area, but close to souvenir shops and lots of restaurants. We liked it very much. The rooms were clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We arrived late for breakfast, but they still made it for us.

The staff were excellent and really helpful, and the fresh breakfast even included grapes picked from their own vine. We liked that all the rooms had balconies, too. It's a wonderful hotel, well placed for visiting Patara Beach and the ruins, both a short drive away or even walkable. The pool was lovely for cooling off on a hot day.

The owner was the best part of our stay. He was so kind and helpful, always greeting us warmly, asking what we planned to do, and sharing useful tips. We stayed for a week at this little hotel in a peaceful area. Our room had three beds, wardrobes, a shower bathroom, a balcony, and air conditioning. The AC was a bit noisy, but a lifesaver in the summer heat. Breakfast was an open buffet, the same each day, but there was plenty and it kept us full. Guests can also use the fridge, freezer, and swimming pool. A good quiet base for a relaxing break away from cities and crowds, or for a night or two while exploring the Lycian Way.

The location made it easy to walk to the beach, and the pool was a lovely place to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, offering tips for getting around and even arranging a ride to the airport. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.
