A lovely, clean room with nice design and a huge bathroom and shower. The manager was very kind, and the price and breakfast were both good. Parking is on the main road or inside the bus terminal opposite the hotel.

The owner gave us good suggestions for restaurants and beaches, and parking was easy. The hotel is in a quiet spot, about a five-minute walk from the centre of Kas. Our room was new and well equipped, and breakfast was delicious, with something different each morning during our two-night stay.

We had to leave and find somewhere else after arriving, even though we’d booked remotely. The room smelled awful, and the ceiling was leaking with cardboard taped over it. The manager was completely unsympathetic. It seemed they knew about the smell before giving us the room, since we heard them discussing it on the phone when we arrived. We hadn’t realized they were talking about our room. Their fix was to spray a lot of air freshener. To be fair, they refunded us quickly and without much hassle. But finding another hotel on the spot could have been a problem if we’d been there in season.

We booked through Papoutsis Travel Kastellorizo and Mr Fethi in Kaş, without knowing anything about the hotel and just trusting the booking. Mr Fethi welcomed us and took us to the hotel, where mr Ali gave us another warm welcome. The rooms were clean and serviced, breakfast was hearty and nicely presented, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also got good tips about nearby facilities. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d easily give the hotel five stars.
