Some of the services could be better, but the owner was kind and the thoughtful details made the place welcoming. I especially appreciated the convenient parking, the building’s architecture, and the decor in the common areas. The property is beautiful, with a top location close to attractions yet away from crowds, and a stunning view. I had a great stay. I’m sure a few small improvements could help this hotel reach its potential to be among the best.

The owner contacted me before I arrived and kept in touch while I was in Cappadocia. He and the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. When a tour operator canceled one of my excursions at the last minute, the owner stepped in personally and booked me onto another tour, working late into the night. I’ll always be indebted to him for that. I stayed from August 24 to August 26, 2025, and it was truly a pleasure. I now have a home in Cappadocia, where I know I’ll always be welcomed.

We stayed for four nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was generally quiet. But the location, about 15 minutes by car from Goreme, was inconvenient, especially if you want to watch the hot air balloons from the rooftop. The hotel restaurant recommended by reception was awful: we paid 2000 TL for food we threw away. The pizza was frozen, and the chicken was soggy and undercooked. Cleanliness was below average at best. The towels were visibly ripped and overused, and there were spider webs on the room ceiling. Too many BEES came onto us and the food at the rooftop breakfast buffet, which felt unhygienic and unsettling. There was no safe in the room, yet they said they weren’t responsible for items in it. The AC didn’t work properly for most of our stay, even after they tried to fix it. The WiFi disconnected, and reconnecting meant entering our passport number, room number, and password. The TV wouldn’t connect to HDMI cables.

My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had a really comfortable bed. The team were warm and helpful the whole time, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. Being right in the heart of Nevsehir made it easy to get to the main sights. I had a lovely stay and would come back.
