Assos Tasli Kosk

We loved it here. Mr. Ali was friendly and attentive, and the prices seemed very reasonable. The rooms were spotless, quiet, and peaceful, with excellent heating. From the rooms and restaurant you can see the bay, and there's a fireplace on the terrace. It's right in the village beside the ancient city, and works wonderfully for both a stay and breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, both the food and the service, and the view was lovely. We hadn't stayed overnight, but enjoyed breakfast enough during our vacation to decide to try dinner too. After breakfast we asked about dinner and were told we could order from outside. In the evening we asked again, then waited half an hour for the waiter. When we ordered, they said it would take quite a while, about another half hour. Since we'd already waited, we didn't think waiting longer for a stew was worth it, so we left. Delays happen, of course, but dinner was disappointing after such a good breakfast.

We made the trip from Edirne for a weekend and stayed just one night. The owners were helpful and friendly, our room was very clean, and breakfast with that beautiful view was amazing. We’d love to come back for a longer stay. Thanks for all your work, it's a really nice place.

A good spot to eat and take a break when you're in Asosa, with the best view around. The prices felt a little high to me. I'd recommend the thyme toast or stuffed zucchini flowers.
