We paid for the room when we booked, but on arrival they said no payment had been made and tried to charge us the full amount again. The room was also much smaller than the one shown in the booking pictures. Even after I showed the receptionist screenshots of the room I’d booked, he tried to lie about which room it was. The toilet leaked constantly, and the water gathered in the middle of the bathroom like a little pond. It was disgusting.

We had no regrets about spending our holiday at Adatepe boutique hotel and will definitely return for the quiet and friendly welcome. The rooms were spotless when we arrived, the staff were consistently helpful and kind, especially Kaan, and the food was delicious. We recommend the pişi! -Karanis family :D

The breakfast was very good, and the gentleman working there was polite and attentive. Still, the lack of cleanliness was awful. The bathroom was sticky with hair, grime, grease, and soap residue, and the toilet edges were filthy. There was a strong damp, dirty smell, no ventilation, and stains from leaks from the toilet upstairs. A wall was cracked from the damp and left unrepaired, and the bedside light fell on my head when I switched it on. We could hear furniture moving upstairs. The room was cramped, dark, and dusty. We chose it after reading positive reviews and even paid extra for what we thought would be a nicer room, but the stay left us anxious. He showed us photos of how extremely dirty it was.
