My worst weekend. Some of the staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel manager was rude, treated customers badly, and lied about the amenities. Our air-conditioning stopped working on the second night. He knew it had a problem but still left us in that room. Parking was the biggest nightmare. The listing says parking is available and free, but there wasn't any, and reaching the place by car was already very difficult. Instead of helping us sort it out, the manager yelled at us and was extremely rude. We had to pay an extra 250TL for private parking. I'd definitely suggest finding somewhere else that doesn't misrepresent its amenities and treats its customers with respect.

It was a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Breakfast was so delicious, especially with fatoş abala.

The amenities were misrepresented. There was no parking, and the air conditioning was broken.

The quality was rock bottom, the worst I've ever seen.

Breakfast at Papalina, the seaside restaurant, was wonderful, and the service throughout was warm and attentive. Mr. Ibrahim quickly took care of all our requests and helped us with everything. We were pleased with the whole stay. Thanks so much, we'd feel completely comfortable choosing this place again. ✨🌸
