The rooms were relatively clean, but the problems added up, and the price is far too high for what you get. The room is tiny, with no space for two people to move around, and the TV is broken. There wasn’t even running water in the room. The refrigerator sits high beside the bed with nothing to keep it secure, so it could fall on your head. The doors feel flimsy and keep making noise. The bidet tap was broken, and the toilet kept making noise from the flush. The location is terrible if you want to use the sea, since the area is swampy. Outsiders can get into the pool, which gets crowded and uncomfortable. The cafe by the pool is relatively affordable. Dinner at the restaurant was awful. The meatballs were so bad I swear you’d be better off getting frozen ones from a supermarket. There weren’t enough staff to keep up. Breakfast was available, but there was little variety and nothing was replenished, so you could easily leave hungry. The prices are very high; camping would be a better choice. The Google photos and reviews are absolutely false. In short, it’s not worth the money at all.

We spent two nights here over Eid al-Adha after looking for somewhere near Cunda Island. The place was full, so we booked this one. We were told by phone it was 20 minutes away, but getting there took almost an hour. That delay didn’t bother us much, but the listing said there was a beach, and it wasn’t developed or usable yet. The rooms were extremely small. On our first morning, during breakfast hours, there was nowhere to sit and almost nothing left. The few items we found are in the picture. When we asked for simit and eggs, staff said they’d run out, and there wasn’t even tea. We understand it was a busy holiday, but they should have been prepared. Whether staff had taken the holiday off isn’t our concern. If they can’t handle the rush, they shouldn’t accept guests then. When I raised it with the hotel owner, he was understanding.

We were three friends staying for four nights and five days starting July 27th. The detached villa complex felt calm and peaceful, and both the owner and staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the view and the family atmosphere. The beach was closed, though they told us it would open in the following seasons. A great spot for a family or girls’ holiday.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Our reservation was for one room, but they gave us a completely different one, and it smelled awful. When we arrived, the receptionist was snoring. Then a guy demanding our ID spoke to us aggressively, like a bully. We had to stop ourselves from hitting him. The service was zero. Don’t come here.
