I loved the room, its decor, and how clean everything was. It had all the toiletries I needed, and the breakfast spread was beyond what I expected, with amazing variety and taste. I was in Cunda for the ultimate cunda aquathlon and wanted an affordable place near the event where I could also rest somewhere quiet before the race. The konak offered the most suitable price of all the places I called. It’s a 10-minute walk from the centre, which is probably a big plus for anyone who values sleep. Some guests were talking in the lobby downstairs around 10 pm, and I could hear them upstairs. I texted a staff member, who replied promptly, "merak etmeyin, hemen mudahale ediyorum". She did step in, and they quieted down. I slept like a baby that night until the Azan. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return, inşallah!

The traditional serpme breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive. We had a lovely stay at Fikret Bey Konağı. I can only recommend it!

The rooms were clean, the bathrooms comfortable, and the showers worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. From the first day, we felt warmly welcomed. Management and staff were extremely helpful and tried to sort out every problem, big or small.

I was touring by bike and chose this hotel for the night because it had very positive feedback. The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were cleaned well. My only issue was that my downstairs room, under the basement, got no cell or GSM signal and couldn’t connect to the hotel’s public Wi-Fi either. I felt really comfortable about the cleanliness and would love to stay again if I come back. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Breakfast was perfect and highly recommended. The rooms are small, but clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is on such a narrow street that getting there by car is almost impossible, and there’s no parking area.
