A real pleasure, and my favorite hostel/pansiyon in Turkey. The man running the place doesn’t really speak English, but he brings warmth and kindness to everything he does. The home is sweetly decorated and spotlessly clean all day, with simple, tidy, comfortable rooms and beds. There’s a spacious, adorable backyard garden with charming decor. The bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms are on the first floor. The bathrooms are inviting, with fluffy clean towels, and there are more towels in the rooms along with nice bathrobes in the closets. Phenomenal value. Contact them directly for the best prices.

Everything was impeccably clean, from the rooms and bathrooms to the common areas. Those shared spaces had comfortable seating and were well furnished, making them nice places to relax and socialize. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, too. Mr. Engin, his family, and their cat were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and made me feel at home. We couldn’t communicate in English, but I appreciated the genuine connection across the language barrier. It reminded me that kindness and hospitality don’t need words. The hostel is near public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions, so getting around Ayvalik was easy. It was a comfortable, clean stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place like that in Ayvalık.

The garden was lovely, and the cats made it even sweeter. Everyone was so welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made for a really nice stay. I enjoyed the beautiful breakfast too. Thanks so much for having me :)

I felt right at home because the owner treated me like a real guest in their house. The room was spacious and pretty good, the service was great, and the price felt reasonable.
