We were traveling as a family with a baby, and the poor conditions caused us a lot of stress. We even thought about checking out that same day. The first room was filthy, with very old, broken furniture, and looked nothing like the photos on the website. We had to insist before being moved, and the wait was unreasonable despite having a baby with us. The replacement wasn't much better, and our room was never cleaned during the stay. Hygiene was shockingly poor, worse than any hotel room I've encountered on my travels. Service was also extremely poor, and the food quality was very low. This was a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience.

The room at İvy Sailing Resort Hotel was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, and I slept well after exploring the beautiful surroundings. Dining was unforgettable too. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay. They helped arrange transportation and shared great suggestions for local attractions, always making me feel cared for. From the welcome at the door to the service, accommodation, and dining, I had a wonderful experience. I'd gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend İvy Sailing Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a five-star stay.

They charge five-star prices, but the room wasn't cleaned during the day. It was only cleaned at 11:30 p.m., after we asked. When we requested a manager or chef, staff told us their phone was off. The service was the worst I've ever experienced, and they couldn't even apologize. They ruined our holiday and didn't seem to care. Don't trust the positive comments.

My best regards to you for the service, it was seven stars! Thank you so much to madam Farida for her work, and thanks for having us.

The hotel itself, its location, and the place were better than expected, great in fact. But the staff were very, very unprofessional. What a shame!
