Cunda Suinn Hotel

The traditional Turkish breakfast was massive, and I'd highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, and both the staff and owner were extremely welcoming and friendly.

We stayed with family friends at Cunda SUİNN Hotel in Ayvalık, Balıkesir, on October 4-5, 2025. We found it through ETS Tur. I want to begin by saluting the tourism workers, employees, and business owners who represent our country around the world with dedication and sincerity, helping tourism in Türkiye develop and progress. During our stay, we raised shortcomings and areas for improvement on Otelpuan and Google reviews. Later, we learned that a person called Mustafa S., who introduced himself as the owner, responded to both our friend and me with mocking, abusive, threatening, and humiliating remarks that disregarded our personal rights. He first contacted our friend through Google reviews, then called me from his personal phone on October 8, 2025. We also saw him respond in writing with the same attitude to other recent guests who had shared dissatisfaction or perceived shortcomings on those platforms. We posted our criticism and rating in the hope that the facility would identify and fix its problems through guest feedback, so that the citizens and tourists visiting after us could have cleaner, more comfortable stays. Tourism, like any sector, can have bad apples. Guests should not face this kind of behavior when they experience a problem and freely rate or comment about it in writing or with images on a legal platform. I believe Turkish tourism will continue to do well globally if facilities and businesses welcome criticism, suggestions, and new ideas and keep working to improve their service. My love and respect go out through this platform to everyone in tourism who does their work with passion and treats customers with the hospitality that is part of ancient Anatolian culture. I'll close with Gazi M. Kemal ATATÜRK's words: "The one who loves his country the most is the one who does his job best."

We felt right at home at Suinn Hotel, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, pleasant stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful, and security was excellent, with someone available to assist even at night. Special thanks to Mustafa Bey, who looked after us so well. The location was another big plus, about 10 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from Cunda city center. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts: lots of variety, fresh and delicious food, especially the green olives and detox water. The service was better than I expected.
