Communication with the staff was difficult, and the dirt was everywhere, from the reception and hallways to the rooms. The room smelled so bad it was hard to breathe. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with a very dirty, yellow toilet and a filthy shower. It didn't feel possible to stay there.

The staff were kind, but I wouldn't come back. We spent eight days there and the towels were never changed, just rearranged, and the floor in our room wasn't cleaned even though the maids came every day. There was no Wi-Fi on the seventh floor, so we had to use the lobby, and even there the connection was poor. Our room on that floor was built from panels, and during the strong winds it creaked and banged so much that sleeping was impossible. The bathroom water pressure was weak and the temperature kept switching between hot and cold. There was no shelf for shampoo or soap either. Meals offered variety, but the food was cold and not very tasty. Sometimes there wasn't enough of a dish for everyone, so something else was brought out, which annoyed guests. The hotel also has no parking lot of its own, making it hard to find a space.

The location near the beach was very good, and our room was cleaned daily with the towels and linen changed regularly. The staff were helpful, polite, and nice, and the food was excellent. The main difficulty for me was that they didn't speak much English, so I had to use Turkish throughout our stay. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable too, though that seems to happen everywhere in Turkey.

We spent eight days there and they never changed our towels, only put the same ones back in place. They also didn't clean the floor. The beach didn't have enough sunbeds, and the ones available were in poor condition. On the seventh floor the water pressure was weak, and the whole floor is made of prefabricated panels that shook and creaked in strong wind. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, and it was bad there. As for the food, most of it was cold and not tasty. I wouldn't spend money on it.
