The staff are kind, and the restaurant food is very good. It’s a peaceful place to spend a holiday, with a view you can sit and watch all day while drinking a glass of wine made from local grapes.

Mr Erdal and his brother Erkan are warm, welcoming people. They’ve made a peaceful, zen-like spot on the Ayvalık hills, with an amazing panoramic view over olive groves that reminded me of Tuscany in Italy. I only stopped for tea and a cookie made with local spices, but I’d like to come back for a stay and try their local dishes.
