Megas Hotel

We were very happy with our stay and enjoyed our time here. Great spot and really comfortable.

The hotel is clean, has some good facilities, and the staff are nice, but the room we got was very old. The manager showed us a much nicer room with a great view and said the other one was only a little older. In fact, important things in our room were in poor shape. There was just one usable socket, since the others were for the TV and fridge. The bathroom was tiny and very old. I think they've renovated some rooms, including the one he showed us, while the cheaper rooms are still old and need work. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it.

The staff are sincere and helpful, and for the price the location is good. Getting around is easy, with a bus stop right outside, and the beach is only a 3-4 minute walk away. They also provide sunbeds and umbrellas. The downside was unreliable internet. Staff might switch the Wi-Fi off whenever they wanted, and hot water was also only available according to their discretion.

The owner felt more like a humanitarian worker than a typical businessman, and the staff were always smiling and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. It's at the entrance to sarimsakli, with a small pool inside, and the famous sarimsakli and Badavut beaches are within walking distance. I don't think you'll regret staying here.
