Getting around was easy by car, both to Sarımsaklı and Ayvalık Cunda, and we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, though they seemed a little inexperienced. When I first arrived, I waited at reception while two women sat farther inside without reacting. I assumed they were guests, then realized they were staff. If I hadn't asked, I would have kept waiting. The room was new, clean, and nicer than rooms I've seen in 5-star hotels, and the hygiene was reassuring. Breakfast was really good, buffet-style. There was an occasional smell from the neighboring farm, but it didn't bother us much.

We felt at home in Ayvalık/Küçükköy, thanks to the calm atmosphere and the care from the owner and staff. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and everyone was friendly and attentive. The location and cleanliness were lovely too. We'd happily choose this quality hotel again and are already planning to return. Thanks for everything 🌸 The Yıldız family

The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel, and the hosts were so friendly that the whole place felt welcoming. It's easy to reach by car and well placed for visiting the village. Everything was very clean, though the stainless steel fittings had some light rust from the surrounding conditions. Finding the parking lot could also be easier with better signs. Even so, we had a very pleasant stay and would clearly recommend it if you're nearby.

We came from abroad, three of us, and lost both time and money, 15k in total. I wouldn't recommend this place. They told us the pool was cold at night and that we could use it the next day, but the following day it was still completely unheated. They offered the same answer again, even though we were checking out that day. When we asked for a refund, they even took back the coffee they'd given us. I hope we somehow get that money back from the establishment. If zero points were possible, I'd give zero.
