Paşa Konağı

Ayvalık has been one of our favorite holiday destinations for the last two years, with its peaceful sea and green scenery as well as its lively entertainment. This time, we found the modest boutique hotel we’d been looking for: Paşa Konağı. After our stay, we said that if we return, this will be our only choice. It was more comfortable than many places calling themselves luxurious, and much more affordable than similar accommodation. The view over the forest and sea is wonderful, and I can honestly say the place is spotless. The sink, toilet, and linens were all immaculate, and the most beautiful beach in Ayvalık is five minutes away. Breakfast was delicious, prepared individually for each guest and served with a smile. The warmth, comfort, and cleanliness made us feel as at home as we do in our own house. Those qualities should help this guesthouse build a loyal following and a brand quickly. A holiday is a much-anticipated chance to relax after a year of work, but a disappointing stay can drain your motivation. Cleanliness matters especially to families like ours. This trip with my wife and children gave us another reason to be glad we traveled 1200 km. I’ll recommend the place to everyone around us. We spent two nights with our family on July 25-26 and loved our stay. Among the pine trees, the property feels quiet and close to nature. The rooms were spotless, well organized, and even lovelier than in the pictures. We had our children with us, and found it very comfortable and family-friendly. Elvan Hanım and Cumhur Bey made us feel more like old friends than customers. Their warmth, smiles, and attentiveness really made the experience special. And breakfast, prepared by Elvan Hanım, was wonderful: everything was fresh and delicious, especially the homemade jams and warm pastries. It was a lovely way to start each day. We were pleased with every part of the holiday and won’t forget it. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, peaceful stay in nature. Hope to see you again soon.

We chose the attic room for four, and the hotel exceeded our expectations when it came to cleanliness. Everywhere smelled freshly clean, and the staff were very cheerful. The room’s atmosphere and view were lovely, with a real nostalgic mansion feel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, too. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in our room. For anyone visiting for the first time, Sarımsaklı Beach is an eight-minute drive away, and there’s another beach just a two-minute walk from the hotel. We were very happy with our stay.

We stayed here for a holiday from August 11th to 18th. It’s a family-run place, and the people are friendly. The rooms are clean, and a wonderful spread of breakfast is waiting each morning. Its location keeps you away from the crowds, with nature all around and a gentle breeze and crickets in the garden. The beaches, including Sarımsaklı beach, are 3-4 minutes away by car. I’d choose this place again. Thank you for everything.
