The rooms were clean and well kept, and the building is newly built with everything we needed. Cafer and his wife are warm, hospitable hosts, and breakfast was delicious. What really stood out was the setting: a quiet area among family homes, with buses and minibuses passing right outside at certain times. The sea is about 500 meters away, and nearby beaches are easy to reach by car. The air is very clean, with that wonderful oxygen coming from the Kaz Mountains. I can't imagine a more beautiful spot in Ayvalık. We'll be back! 🙏🏻🫶🏻🌸

We came with four families, and the rooms were very clean. Ms. Dilek and Professor Cafer looked after us attentively. I only wish breakfast had a bit more variety.

The rooms were very clean, and this lovely family-run place made our holiday even better. Ms. Dilek and Mr. Cafer are attentive and genuinely wonderful. Breakfast was better than what we've had at 5-star hotels 👍👍. We're sure to return.

It may not be a five-star hotel, but the feeling is more like being welcomed into your family's home. Mr. Cafer and Ms. Dilek greeted us with smiles as soon as we arrived. The sheets were spotless, the room was lovely, and people took care of us in every way. Ms. Dilek's cooking was wonderful, too. This was our first trip to Ayvalık, and we'd like to make it a regular visit. Thanks for all the care and effort.
