Ado Beach Hotel

Dreadful. Avoid this place if you care about clean rooms and good customer service, or don't want food that feels like 1980s staff canteen fare. I'm convinced the positive reviews are from bots, AI, or the owners' extended family. The young male staff spend their time on their phones, don't speak English, and don't seem trained or willing to give a damn.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and did their best to make our stay comfortable. I appreciated the tasty food, and the bed linens and towels were clean and changed each day. The room we were first given was disappointing. Its curtains were worn, torn, and stained with what looked like blood, and there was a bad smell. The electricity wasn't working at all. We asked to switch rooms but were told that wasn't possible at the time. Staff tried several times to fix the electrical problem, and after a long wait they managed to resolve it. The hotel doesn't fully meet standard expectations at the moment. I recently learned it has new management, though, and hope they'll make improvements soon. I sincerely wish them success in developing the property and making the overall stay better.

A cosy, very nice hotel with polite, helpful staff and good people all around. I was happy with the food every day and had no complaints. They looked after everyone, and surprised me with a birthday cake, which made me so pleased 🥰 I noticed the shared toilet by reception was cleaned very well, seemingly several times a day since people use it often while at the pool or dining area. It was a brilliant stay. It's a small hotel and never felt crowded like many all-inclusive places 😊❤️

The views from our room and the tables by the beach were sublime. We stayed for a week, and everyone, from the owners and hotel manager to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to make it a great stay. There was plenty of choice at meals, at the buffet, and with the drinks. I’d happily recommend it for a relaxing break from everyday life.
