The only good things here are the sea and the staff's hard work. We, three families, want to thank Mr. Uğur and the staff, whose names we don't know, for trying despite all the difficulties. We're on day four, and only yesterday did we finally get unspoiled bean stew and rice. The other food, fruit, and cheese smell bad, and the children aren't happy. Cats sit on the bread plates, and there are mice in the lobby and by the pool. When we complained, we were told that was their natural habitat and nothing could be done. The pool is gray, our sheets are filthy, and the rooms smell strongly of sewage. The water being shut off from 6 PM to 9 PM is another problem. We came here for a holiday with children, and there's very little else worth mentioning. The hotel cat pictured in the lobby even looks sad. Please take this review into account and don't waste your holiday like we did. We booked through Tatil Budur, and they offered to move us for another 80,000 TL. That sounds like offering a large bottle of Coca-Cola for 5 TL. The hotel they suggested is on a mountain, 10 km from the sea. It's a waste of time and money.

We checked in around 4 pm, and the grumpy receptionist made a poor first impression. Getting to the room was difficult too, up spiral stairs that made it feel like we might be climbing a minaret. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were dirty, and the building looked like a family apartment block. The beach wasn't clean or tidy, and the rocky sea made swimming almost impossible. The food was awful. The fried schnitzel was completely tasteless, and the appetizers weren't good either. Even though I'm not fussy, I was still hungry. We arrived after a long journey, but it wasn't worth it. We checked in at 5 pm and canceled at 8 pm. Camping would have been more enjoyable. We booked through Tatilbudur after trusting the reviews here, but the whole stay was a fiasco. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't let the all-inclusive deal tempt you into wasting your money. I've stayed at many different hotels, and in my opinion this one wasn't worth the price.

The location is great, but the hotel is badly neglected. Everything was dirty, from the drink cooler and floor to the dining tables and chairs, and the dining area didn't seem to get cleaned at all. The rooms were old and the beds were bad. The receptionist was grumpy and indifferent. I don't understand how anyone could rate this place five stars. We were completely dissatisfied and asked to change hotels. After spending one night out, we left in a hurry. Seeing the hotel we moved to made it clear just how bad this one was. People come to relax and enjoy a holiday, but we lost time having to change hotels. We were very unhappy and I don't recommend it.

My wife, children, and I checked in on September 1st, and immediately regretted it. The damp room was freezing, the pool was dirty, and the dining hall was awful. The rooms seemed to be falling apart, and the place looked like a converted camp. Cats in the dining hall were practically climbing onto the tables. We contacted Tatil Budur to cancel right away. After we waited an hour, they called and charged us for one night, refunding the rest. How could we have inspected the hotel before checking in? It felt like they were trying to fool us. We had to stay the night, but the damp cold kept us awake and we left early in the morning. I don't understand how Tatil Budur could sell this hotel without checking it. Shame on them for ruining our holiday. They didn't care about compensation either. Check the hotel and room before you check in. If you're unhappy, contact the agency to ask for a cancellation or a room change, or you could lose both your money and your vacation.
