The equipment was new, and the apartment was spotless, especially the sheets, linens, and bathroom. There were plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo as well. We stayed three nights as a family, and it turned out to be a perfect place for us. I was hesitant since it was an apartment, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I stay in places around here often for work, and this was cleaner than most four-star hotels. You can stay with your family here without worrying.

The location is central and feels safe, and the service was very good during the 13 days I stayed with my family. The rooms were clean, and I'd recommend staying here. The bed wasn't really to my liking, so I took off a star, though they'd already ordered new beds while I was there.

My wife and I spent a month here and were very happy with our stay. The apartment is brand new, and the owners have thought through every detail. They're genuinely friendly, respond quickly even to small problems, and take care when choosing the people who stay in the building. Thanks, Seyidoğlu. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

The interior was quite clean, but the kitchen didn't have usable plates, pots, or the necessary serving items. The place is the ground floor of a house on a busy street, and the traffic made it hard to sleep. The residence concept is odd. Prices also didn't match what was on the website. The site says monthly rentals, but the listing itself doesn't make that clear. And the shop is less than 300 meters away, despite the advertised distance.

The apartment is clean and kept up well, and the service is friendly and tolerant. I find it perfectly acceptable and would recommend it anytime.
