The place was very clean, and the staff were attentive. We were really pleased with the service at this high-quality hotel.

The location in Batman is good, though Batman is an industrial place. The WiFi is poor, and breakfast is a little limited. It’s a pity they only have tea.

It’s conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops. I stayed here twice in October 2017, and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked, though it wasn’t great. Breakfast was a standard Turkish and Middle Eastern spread, decent enough, but the instant coffee was stale and terrible. The staff were friendly and helpful, although communication can be tricky if you don’t speak Turkish.

I came here today as a YouTuber and found a really nice, beautiful, luxurious hotel in batman. The rooms are big, neat, and clean, and they have everything available in the room. I’m really enjoying my stay. I recommend batman's hasankeyf grand hotel to everyone visiting batman,Turkey.
