Merve at reception made a lovely impression on me. She was warm and beautiful. The hotel itself also has a very good atmosphere, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It was the worst hotel in Batman for me. The receptionist wasn’t kind or polite, and didn’t seem to know how to speak to customers or treat them properly.
