Hazal at reception was especially helpful, and the rest of the staff were welcoming too. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Batman is new, very clean, and extremely friendly. It’s only minutes from the airport, though not very close to the city center. There’s a nice pool, a full restaurant, and all the amenities you’d expect. Thanks to Hazal and everyone who made us feel welcome.

I’d give the hotel five stars, but the staff and manager deserve ten. The room was elegant and everything was very clean. The food was very good as well. The staff helped me find a garage for my motorcycle, and the manager personally did what he could to assist me. Congratulations to you all. Big bravo, and I highly recommend the hotel.

My husband and I have been coming to the spa for quite a while, and I highly recommend the hotel. The pool, bathrooms, and sauna are extremely clean. The staff are kind too.
