Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence

Yaren made our family feel especially welcome. Her warmth, kindness and genuine care made the stay memorable, and she went out of her way to look after us. She’s a real professional with a lovely personality. Thanks to her and the whole Nirvana team for making our vacation feel perfect. We also loved the beautiful surroundings, the food and the facilities. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we came away with so many happy memories. The aquapark was great fun for all of us, and the hotel was a relaxing place to spend our stay. My five-year-old son is full of energy, so having a kids club mattered a lot to me. He loved going every day and even found favorite playmates there, including Rabia Karakurt, who I liked a lot too. Thanks for a great visit. We’re definitely coming back next year 👌🏻 :)

The beach is on the narrow side, and in high season there aren’t always enough sunbeds for everyone. The sea entry is rocky, though there are comfortable sandy sections. Even with that small drawback, we had a relaxing family holiday at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence. Our room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping was thorough, the linens were changed often, and L'Occitane toiletries were provided. Staff throughout the hotel, from reception and the waiters to the kitchen team, were friendly and attentive. The WhatsApp Personal Assistant was particularly useful and handled questions for reception and guest requests quickly. The food was varied and delicious. I had to follow a gluten-free diet, and the kitchen prepared individual menus each day. The gluten-free pancakes were especially good. Thank you to the restaurant chefs Bahattin, Ugur, Özlem, and to the Kahvalti breakfast team: Özlem, Emine, Yaprak, Seyda, Elmira, Ayse and Orhan. There are three spacious, comfortable piers with bars and sunbeds, along with a great pool area and two aqua parks. Around the grounds we found cozy cafés and bars, lounge music and a tasty patisserie. A pianist played in the lobby in the evenings, and the Open Air Theater program had something for different ages. There were also professional evening shows, including live bands and circus performances. The SPA center was expansive, with excellent massages. Yoga, Pilates and Zumba were led by professional trainers without being intrusive. There’s a compact fitness room and an indoor pool too.

The kids club made our family vacation especially good. My four-year-old son enjoyed the daily games and activities, and Nurgul and Anelya were so friendly and positive. They clearly love what they do and made him feel special. From the first moment of our stay to the last, we had a wonderful time. I’ll definitely come back next summer and recommend it to everyone :)
