We've been coming to this hotel for years, at least twice a month, and I used to enjoy staying here. Lately, though, the rooms have become incredibly dirty and messy. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was mold on the walls. We felt really uncomfortable. When we went to reception to complain, two women working there looked exhausted, so we stopped ourselves. I just want the hotel to get a deep clean and be tidy again. I hope I don't see it dirty like this again, or I won't come back.

They made my honeymoon stay unforgettable by giving me a special welcome after I mentioned the occasion. Throughout my visit, the staff were respectful and attentive, and made me feel valued. I haven't experienced this level of care in any other hotel in Istanbul. Many thanks to [Burak] and [Keram] for their excellent service and warm attitude. The hospitality and treatment were outstanding. I'd gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

Mr. Tolga at reception was a great help. He sorted out buses for me and even showed me where to find the nearest open Western Union. I really appreciated it. I stayed one night, and the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the service excellent.

We were four adults and a kid, stayed three days at the beginning of june 2025, and everyone was satisfied. The business has recently changed hands. Mr. Burak at the front desk and new manager Mr. Kerem did their best to make our visit comfortable and peaceful, and we'd like to thank them. The location is excellent and the accommodation hygienic. The business feels a bit tired, but they said they plan to improve it with renovations. We'll definitely come again.
