Bilek Hotel Kavacık

The staff were really friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms are small but very clean, though street noise was often an issue. There’s air conditioning, and the breakfast buffet was decent. I would’ve liked more fruit 😎. Nice for a three-star place.

The location worked well for my meetings, and I could get to Emaar centre in about 20 minutes by public transport or taxi. Even in the heart of the city, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I also liked the modern, stylish decor and found the whole place spotless. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed and a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure my needs were met with a smile. The restaurant served some of the best hotel meals I've had. Breakfast wasn't huge, but there was enough, and it was very fresh. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. For the service and amenities, I thought it was good value for money.

I could hear far too much from other rooms, even people using the toilet or opening a closet. Housekeeping staff were also very loud in the corridor, shouting and calling to each other, which was annoying. The internet was terrible too, since I had to log in again every hour. The room was clean, but breakfast was the same every day. The restaurant lights were always off and nobody seemed to be there. Some reception staff were friendly, though they need people who speak English well, as most guests are foreigners.

The hotel is in a quiet area among other hotels, which suited me since I had a business meeting in Beykoz. It was easy to reach the highway toward kadi koy and bagdat by car or public transport. I liked my room and bathroom, both new and modern. Breakfast was okay and fresh.
