Hotel Pera Parma

Karim at reception was amazing. After a long night on an overnight bus, we arrived at 9am exhausted. He went out of his way to move us into an upgraded room that was ready, so we could settle in, and let us have breakfast that morning for free even though we'd only paid for breakfast the next day. He also gave my fiancée and me a coffee each morning. I can't recommend this place enough, and we'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Istanbul. Thanks for the amazing service, team.

Right in the center of Istanbul, this hotel pays attention to what you need and provides the basics. Amazing stay, highly recommend.

We've stayed here three times now and feel at home whenever we come back. This summer it was four nights with our one-year-old daughter, and the staff let me use the kitchen to make her food. They were all so kind, and they gave us a lovely cradle for the baby. Breakfast is good, and Kerim Bey's hospitality is a big reason we keep coming back. The location is the best part. After arriving tired, you can rest a bit and then head out to explore Pera, or just have a cup of coffee at the hotel entrance. We love it.

The toilet smelled really bad, and we could smell it even with the door shut. Cigarette smoke kept coming into the room from the corridor. We stayed four nights. On the plus side, the windows worked well against the noise from the street, so it was very quiet inside. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly.
