Bilir Hotel

For 800 lira a night, this hotel is only good for the price. The room was basic, and we could hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. Cigarette smoke came into our room despite our asking for a NON smoking room and being told smoking wasn't allowed in the rooms. They lied. We were moved from the 5th floor to the 2nd because of renovation. Room 203 had been fixed up, but it wasn't cleaned properly and paint was chipping everywhere. We saw bedbugs on the wall and a small mice. I think the renovation may have driven the bedbugs and mice into other rooms on that floor. People with huge boxes and packaging were often in the lobby, blocking the entrance and elevator.
