Gzh Park Bosphorus

When I arrived at GZH Park Bosphorus Hotel, my reservation, made about two months earlier, couldn't be found in their system. I had to accept a room at the owner's other property, Seashore Hotel, which had much lower quality amenities and service. They asked me to cancel the original booking and pay a smaller amount in cash, but by then I didn't trust the staff. Other guests at the second hotel told me they'd also been overbooked and moved somewhere other than the place they reserved. The receptionist said this had happened before. I don't recommend this hotel. You will most likely not get the accommodation you booked.

The owner and staff made my sister's and my birthday visit really special. He bought cakes for us, which was so kind. We loved the garden on the roof, the stunning view, and the hall's design. Our room was comfortable, clean, and great, and the service was awesome. The hotel is right in the city centre, near lots of tourist attractions. I definitely recommend it. Thank you for making the stay unforgettable! ❤️

We couldn't stay in the room because the unbearable smell made it hard to breathe. It was in the basement, had no view as advertised on Booking, and smelled suffocating. When I asked to move, they said there were no rooms available. With my children and late at night, I had to desperately look for somewhere else so we wouldn't be stranded. The property promised a refund within seven days, but I still haven't received it. I'm waiting for a response and a solution for the emotional and financial damage to my family. What was advertised on Booking wasn't true, and arriving to find this made for a nerve-wracking start to our Istanbul vacation.

We arrived to find a basement room full of black mould. We have mould allergies, and the smell was unbearable. It wasn't livable. We asked right away for a room with less mould, but they refused to move us and wouldn't return our money either. We wanted a nice holiday and instead wasted money searching for another hotel, with the risk of ending up on the street. One star is too generous. Really, the worst experience ever. Please don't go to this hotel.
