After 24 hours here, I'd say the good points are the low price, the beach nearby, and rooms with decent space. Some of the food was 7/10, some staff spoke English, and most facilities worked fine. The sheets were only 7/10 clean, and the place had dust but wasn't filthy. The drawbacks: some staff were rude and most didn't know English. Meal times were very short, and drink options were limited. It's far from Kemer and Antalya city center. You can't get an iron or ironing service, and some rooms don't have a hair dryer. Rooms by the pool are quite noisy during the day, and there's no nightlife at all. Bring your own toothbrush and toiletries. The in-room safe costs extra, and the minibar was empty.

Turan at reception was a bright spot. He seemed to do what he could for both the guests and the hotel. The food was just about edible, and the tight budget showed in the facilities, though the holiday price did set expectations. I thought it was meant to be all-inclusive, and the stay wasn't what I'd expected. The woman who runs the place is very fierce and would scold guests over what she considered misbehavior. For example, she told me off for coming into the foyer from outside without wiping the street dust off my shoes. I'm not sure I'd stay again.

We were hosed down while sitting and reading, then told there weren't enough loungers and, when we were lying on the ground, that we had to leave and go to the beach. It felt more like boot camp than a holiday, with no entertainment at all. This was advertised as all-inclusive, but no alcohol was served. A can cost 3 euros, and even soft drinks were limited at certain times. There were no clean towels or bedding, and getting another roll of toilet paper involved an interview. The air conditioning didn't work, and no toiletries were provided. The food was infested with flies, and after eating the chicken legs I was sick for 24 hours.

We arrived at 3 a.m. and left at 11 a.m., with three other guests checking out as we went. It was advertised as all-inclusive with a minibar. I knew alcohol wasn't included, but there wasn't even water when we arrived. The room was dirty, and green mildew covered the shower. The old, empty fridge wasn't plugged in. There was just one socket in the room, between the pillows, no blanket, and the bed was dirty and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it.

The limited all-inclusive schedule didn't work for me. Breakfast was only served in a one-hour slot, far too early, and lunch and dinner each lasted an hour too. Food left from breakfast or lunch was reused at dinner. Alcohol cost extra, and hot drinks were available only during meals. I didn't like the food much and ate out every day. The rooms were basic and not modern, but clean. Paint was peeling and there was mold in the bathroom, where I only wanted to do what I needed and get out. There was no iron, water, kettle, or dryer in the rooms. Only one member of staff was pleasant throughout the week, the gentleman at reception. The elderly woman was rude and offensive. She kept implying that we'd damage the sun lounger and lounge chairs because of our weight. We weren't even the largest people there, but we were the only people of color. The nearby shops were okay. Antalya has a beautiful beach, Wild Beach Büyük Çaltıcak. Pay a £1 entrance fee and enjoy the sea. Antalya old town is also a great place to visit, with lots to see. I would not return to this hotel or area. I'm used to more from an all-inclusive holiday and prefer Marmaris or Alanya.
