Nex Royal Beach Hotel

We stayed four days, and the food was never filling. There were only three people serving, and they kept bringing out leftovers with a bit of decoration to make things look varied. I can’t remember feeling full, even after breakfast. We’d leave after breakfast and get back around midnight on some days. The contract said breakfast began at 7, but they wouldn’t serve it before 8. The rooms had old furniture and curtains, though the beds were good and the room was cleaned well. The housekeeper was careful and friendly. There was no hot water during our last two days, and my baby developed a diaper rash. The hotel says it has a beach, but it’s a public beach, and the supposedly free sunbeds cost money. It’s close to the sea, but the water is very pebbly and we couldn’t get in. There’s no aqua park either, just one slide by the pool. This is an all-inclusive hotel, yet there was no water in the cupboards, no trash can, and no slippers. Anyone could enter your room whether you were there or not. I wear a headscarf, and a technician suddenly came into my room while I was out. We booked through an agency, as the hotel arranged, but when we wanted to cancel, the hotel told us to contact the agency and the agency didn’t answer. The hotel had changed ownership but wasn’t ready to open. There were many incompetent employees, though two were genuinely good and friendly.

We took a family holiday in July 2025, staying four nights and five days. It was a top-tier resort and great value for the money.

It’s a family hotel where I made lovely friends among both the staff and the other guests. Thanks to everyone! I’d love to come back in the new year if my budget allows. 🙏🦋

The sea was clean, and the view was lovely. Everyone was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay here last year. I’d like to come back.
