Ahmed, the manager, deserves a big thank you. He was friendly, excellent, and very helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. That made my stay even better. The hotel was super clean everywhere, and I felt welcomed and comfortable right from the start. If you want a hotel in Istanbul with a nice atmosphere and great service, especially with someone like Ahmed running things, this is a top choice. I hope to come back on my next visit!

There’s a bar/cafe right beside the hotel, and it can get really loud from early in the night until 6am. I was happy with my stay overall, and the room was pretty good for the price. Be careful when choosing a room. I booked through the hotel website, which showed a deluxe room, but on arrival they said I had a standard room. I showed my confirmation as proof. The manager, Ahmed, was very nice and helped sort it out, but charged a little extra. I felt that was a bit unfair since the website had misinformed us, though the price difference wasn’t big, so I was okay with it.

There are lots of street food spots and nice restaurants around, and the hotel offers many types of rooms. It’s lovely and quiet, right in the heart of Istanbul, with a sea view just 3 minutes away. The staff are friendly and ready to help. We booked an airport transfer at a bargain price. There’s no lift, which is a bit of a pity, but manageable. Recommended.
