Liman Hotel

The receptionists were really friendly, Karim especially was very sweet. There are supermarkets nearby, and metros that go to the big bazaars. Still, the location feels remote. The building looked nice from outside, but there’s no elevator inside. My room was tiny, and 34 euros for a single bed seemed bizarre. The shower looked old and dirty, and the little window was impossible to see through.

Everything was great, and I want to thank all the staff. This is an incredible hotel, I recommend it.

Mr.kareem was very kind and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. But the hotel only looks nice from outside. Inside it’s old, there’s no elevator, the toilet was dirty, and the shower glass was broken. Think carefully before booking, especially since there are cleaner and cheaper hotels nearby.

The location worked perfectly for me, close to the tram for getting around Istanbul’s tourist areas, but quiet enough that I could come back for an afternoon nap and sleep well. The room was small but I could move around freely. It, the shower, and toilet were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Chatting with the staff in Arabic and Turkish made the place feel like home. I stayed at Liman Hotel for five days and was really happy with it. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, especially Kareem, who did a great job. Tea was there whenever I wanted it, at any hour. I usually slept late and didn’t try breakfast, but they brought biscuits with my first tea of the day. They answered all my questions, and when the evenings got cold Kareem offered me the AC/heating remote before I even asked. Thank you for that. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Istanbul.
