IMC Fatih Apartments

The photos show only the better part of the property and leave out important information. In my view, the place needs a full renovation and should be brought up to local housing rules and the safety requirements for hotel use. Booking.com also bears responsibility for placing tourists in what I consider hazardous conditions. If you stay, book attractions and transport directly through their home sites to avoid hotel commissions being added to the cost. They may ask you to pay cash, so make payments by card and agree on the terms in advance.

The apartment is clean, and the staff keep up with maintenance. Its position in the historic center puts public transport and shopping centers nearby, and Fatih Mosque is especially close, which mattered to me as a Muslim. The employees are friendly, speak English, and respond to requests. I give them “super star”.

The apartment is well kept, with roomy bedrooms and a kitchen that’s in good shape. It’s in a safe neighborhood, with lots of local food spots nearby. Fatih Cami is only a two-minute walk away, so it’s a great location if you want to spend time around there.

Our hosts were polite and helpful, and the flat was close to the shops. It felt small for three adults and three children, but it was clean and tidy, and we were comfortable there. There were two double beds and two sofa beds, plus enough towels, plates, cutlery, pans, shampoo, hand soap, clean linen, and blankets. I’d rent it again for my next trip if I could.
