For 9 days, from 25th December to 3rd January 2026, this was a budget-friendly choice with a great central location. I booked a standard room, so it wasn’t very big, but it was clean, bathroom included. The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast could use an updated menu to make it more interesting and appealing. It was a nice, comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying here again next time I visit Istanbul.

The rooms were spotless, and the service was better than I’ve had at other hotels in Turkey. Everyone on staff was so helpful and lovely. I was really happy with the location, and I’d happily stay here again. I’d recommend it highly.

You’re close to the tram, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, with street food and gift shops all around. The staff were so kind and helpful too. The location gets a 10000/10000 from me. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Istanbul 🫶❤️

The room was very dirty, as the picture shows, and we went three nights without room service. We got just one roll of toilet paper. Customer service and breakfast were both poor, and the window didn’t block the tram noise. It ran all night and started again early in the morning, so sleeping was difficult. There was only one key for three people. This was a very bad stay. I won’t come back or recommend the hotel.

There are convenience shops nearby for little things you might need, and getting around is easy with the tram, train, and ferry close by. The hotel is right beside the tram tracks, so keep the noise in mind if you need quiet. It’s a good budget option in the heart of Istanbul. Breakfast was average, mostly basic Turkish food with only a couple of Western choices.
