We chose this resort for its generous green space, which seemed ideal for our family with young children, and we're glad we did. We arrived early in the season, before the weather had fully cooperated, but still had plenty to do. The whole stay was lovely, from the warm welcome and excellent guest relations to the helpful staff, tasty food, and great drinks. The surroundings and amenities were beautiful too. We highly recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay and are already planning to come back next year. Every night there was a bar party and a show for children, both well organized. There was also a tennis court, football field, table tennis, fitness center, and plenty more to do. The hotel is set in a forest, and the trees give natural shade all day. It consists of small houses, mostly with four apartments each, two on the ground floor and two upstairs. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were large and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The food was fantastic, especially the fresh fruit and vegetables. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant were well organized, and dishes were freshly prepared. There was live cooking for things like omelets and grilled meat. Choices included cheese, salads, meat, fish, soups, vegetables, fruit, and desserts ranging from Turkish sweets to cakes, tres leches, and muffins. There were three pools: one for relaxing, one for swimming, and one for kids with water slides. The pool area snack bar served burgers, pizza, pasta, salads, fruit, and desserts around midday, with drinks available all day. Kids had a great time on the slides. The beach had white sand and regular sand, with large rocks a few meters out in the water. In September the sea was just the right temperature, neither too cold nor too warm. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Not everyone spoke English, but communication was never a serious problem.

The heat in the shared areas was the main issue during our stay, and it would make me think twice about coming in summer. The room was the only place where we could properly cool down. The main bar had no air circulation, not even basic fans, so it was hard to relax or escape the oppressive hot air in the hotel's social spaces. We were constantly sweating. The restaurant was just as uncomfortable. Its few air conditioners couldn't cool such a large space, so meals were stuffy and unpleasant, which hurt the dining experience. Reception is open air with no air conditioning, a problem when we had to wait to check in and again for our bus after checkout. Standing in the heat for a long time made for a very uncomfortable first and last impression. Other parts of the hotel and service were satisfactory, but the constant, unavoidable heat in the common areas is a serious flaw. I wouldn't recommend staying here in summer.

This was my second stay at Baia Salima Kemer, and I had a pleasant time overall. The biggest letdown was the way some staff treated us. Several came across as dismissive or rude, especially at the front desk during check-in, where the welcome felt cold. Others were incredibly friendly, so this wasn't true of everyone. A warmer, more guest-focused approach would make a real difference. The facilities and setting were lovely. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pools were clean, spacious, and well looked after, with options for families and adults, and it was easy to find somewhere to relax. The private beach was also a plus, kept tidy and well stocked with loungers and umbrellas. Food was one of the highlights: lots of fresh, well-prepared choices for different tastes, with the buffet regularly replenished. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights. Baia Salima Kemer has great amenities, a beautiful setting, and good food. Service could be more attentive and courteous, and a little staff training would help make it a top-tier destination. The good outweighed the bad, and I'd happily return.

The grounds are large, the staff are pleasant, and the food is better than average. Our room was comfortable, and Russian speakers should feel right at home. The hookah staff were the friendliest people in the hotel, and the market staff were helpful too. Our room, 2111, flooded when water came in from the garden even though the doors were shut. The hotel responded and fixed the problem, but there was water all over the room. Luckily we had no electronics on the floor, and they didn’t offer anything as an apology. Hygiene could be better, the toilets are old, and so are the pools. The sea has lots of big rocks, so bring shoes. It’s not really a luxury five-star hotel.
