The hotel is in a beautiful location and offers very good value for money. A few changes could make the guest experience even better. At the end of April 2026, I stayed with two adults and a four-year-old. Reception handled check-in quickly and efficiently, and gave us a larger room than we had booked. That was a big help with our luggage and stroller. I appreciated the considerate approach, which made it easy to put our child to sleep in a separate room. The main restaurant had very high quality ingredients, suggesting a strong supply chain, possibly shared with Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence. Chef Yilmaz and his team deserve special mention for the creamy soups, pasta sauces, and desserts, especially the cheesecake. Their dairy dishes were outstanding, a level I rarely encounter in Turkey, where they aren't typical of local cuisine. The Beach Club was also a pleasant, thoughtfully designed place to relax by the sea. The gym was probably my biggest disappointment. It's very small, with old, poorly maintained equipment, some of it broken, and visible rust in places. It feels more like a neglected basement gym than a resort facility, and doesn't match the hotel's overall level. In room 1118, the shower has a serious construction problem. The floor is level with the drain but has no proper slope, so water doesn't drain well, spreads across the bathroom, and leaks outside the shower. There seems to have been an attempt to address this with excessive sealant, but it hasn't fixed the issue. Installing a shower tray or correcting the floor slope would help. The Kids Club closes at 5 PM. It would be useful for families if it stayed open until at least dinner. Food labels are only in Turkish and English. With so many Russian-speaking guests, it can be confusing to tell similar-looking dishes apart, such as cream from cheese or fish soup from meat soup. Russian labels could help.

We liked the a la carte restaurants, but there were several serious problems. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and in the buffet, hot foods like eggs weren't kept hot while cold foods like cheese weren't kept cold. The staff spoke Turkish and Russian but not English. Loud music from this hotel and neighboring hotels played every day until at least midnight, so don't expect to sleep before then. On the fourth day, we got severe food poisoning and couldn't leave the room for two full days. We hadn't eaten anywhere else during that time, so I know it came from the hotel. When we asked for help, the hotel doctor and a manager came to our room and advised us to drink water and eat crackers. They said it was probably due to the sea and mountain air. Sure. There was no apology, room change, or compensation. We were in the smallest room, which felt especially cramped while we were sick.

Our kids had an amazing time at the pools, sea area, and aqua park. I especially enjoyed the spa, with its massages, sauna, and relaxation spaces, plus the herbal teas after treatments. The hair salon there did a wonderful job too. The property's mountain views were beautiful, especially at sunset. The food and drinks were consistently good across the restaurants and bars, with a nice variety. Dining and bar staff were friendly and attentive. Room service was polite and quick whenever we needed something. The room was tidy, though it initially smelled strongly of cleaning products, and that faded later. Toiletries were provided daily. I didn't care for the shampoo because it barely lathered, but the soap, lotion, and other items were fine. The rooms were comfortable, but their design and furnishings felt closer to a three-star European hotel than what I expect from a five-star one. The pool water was quite cold in the evenings and could be a little warmer for those who like a later swim. I also noticed minor maintenance issues, such as rust on the door lock. Despite those small things, I truly enjoyed the stay. The staff made it wonderful, and the atmosphere is great for families. The hotel has a lot of potential and already offers plenty to enjoy. I'd recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday and hope to return someday. Thanks to everyone who made the stay memorable.

The breakfast and lunch were almost the same every day, so there's room to improve the food variety. What I liked most was how friendly most of the staff were and how willing they were to help and solve problems, especially Ibrahim bey in guest relations. The hotel has a pretty nice view and sits on a large property.
