Rose Garden Premium Hotel

The pool was very good, and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the place was okay, but it needs a thorough clean and more attention. Staff were slow and indifferent. Our room was tiny, with barely space for two suitcases. The bathroom looked old and tired, and the toilet seat was broken. We asked twice for it to be fixed and nothing happened. Breakfast was uninspiring, with no fruit juice unless you paid extra, and the coffee machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months.

We spent five days in the Rose Garden at the end of November, and it was very quiet, with few other visitors. The staff were super friendly. We chose it partly for the convenient location, which made it easy to see the surrounding sights without worrying about parking. We mostly spent our time outside the hotel. Since it was low season, there wasn’t an annoying entertainment programme, so evenings by the sea were peaceful. I also had several massages at the spa. Many thanks to Natalie, who did a lot to improve my back. We liked the design of the grounds and interior too, and the mountain view was breathtaking.

The food really stood out. I’ve travelled widely, so I have plenty to compare it with, and everything was delicious and skillfully prepared with high-quality ingredients. At Snack & Street Food, you should try the dishes made by Nevzat Gümüş. His cooking is top level. The hotel is amazing, with so much attention to detail. The staff seem to anticipate what you need. I’d give it ten stars if I could!

The music was one of my favorite parts of the hotel. Every area had tunes that suited the mood, and we later learned DJ Recep was behind the selections. He blended genres from all over the world so naturally. We loved his taste so much that you could choose this hotel for the music alone. Even though it’s all-inclusive, the place felt as attentive and charming as a boutique hotel. Victoria from guest relations was always there to help, and her warmth and kindness made a real difference. We loved the à la carte restaurant too, and thought the value was a full ten out of ten.
