Waking up and stepping straight into the lagoon was incredible. Our Lagoon Suites at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort felt like a private villa, and the direct pool access made the stay especially memorable. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the whole property was green, stylish, and well maintained. Everything was spotless, the minibar was always topped up, and service across the hotel was excellent. We also loved the restaurants, the high-quality food, and the huge variety. A special thanks to @Rida for the care, attention, and professionalism. It was one of our best hotel experiences, and we’ll definitely be back. Lagoon Suites are a lovely choice for a peaceful, comfortable getaway.

The people who made us feel especially welcome were ILKER,RIDA,EMMI. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and committed to guests’ comfort. The hospitality, professionalism, cleanliness, food, facilities, and attention to detail were excellent throughout our stay. Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort is beautiful and well maintained, with restaurants, entertainment, and service that exceeded what I expected. The whole visit was exceptional and made our vacation memorable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday in Belek, and I look forward to returning.

Taha from the Customer Experience team really added a personal touch to our vacation. He was friendly, professional, supportive, and always around to help, making sure we felt welcome and that everything was right. Kayya Palazzo is beautiful, with excellent facilities and outstanding service across the resort. I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier. Taha from the kids’ club took such good care of the children and created a safe, friendly, welcoming space. He was attentive, kind, and responsible, and he also helped me with all my questions and requests, which made our stay much more comfortable. We had a wonderful time at Kaya Palazzo. Taha is a real professional, and his positive attitude and excellent service deserve recognition. Thank you for looking after us.
