We spent five nights here with my sisters and felt at home. It’s a family-run place, and the whole family is incredibly kind and willing to help with anything. You can even sit and cuddle their cats :)

I stayed four nights at the end of May 2024, so some things might be different in summer. The hosts are a friendly family. As an English speaker, I mostly dealt through WhatsApp or email with the youngest family member. She wasn't there in person, but replied quickly and was very helpful. Getting in and out was easy, with open gates and little control, although cameras were there for security. There were no bracelets or need to ask permission. The location was handy for walking. Belek centre is about 1.5-2 km away, roughly 20 minutes, with shopping there. Gozde Market bus stop is nearby, and drivers know it. The public city beach is a lovely 10-15 minute walk, under 1K away, but construction work on the shortest route meant heavy machinery and no pedestrian pavement. I wouldn't take small children that way. A mini-shop with essentials and decent prices is close by too, as is a shisha cafe that's a bit overpriced. The room was decent, with the necessary furniture, fresh linen and basic shower supplies. The three-person option had a big bed and a smaller one, at a relatively cheap price, so it could suit a couple with a child or a group of young people. My sunny-side room let me sunbathe and dry things without leaving it. WiFi was strong throughout, the TV was conveniently placed but had only Turkish channels, and the lights worked well, though weren't enough for reading at night. There were some drawbacks, which may have been specific to room 308 or the end of May. The pool wasn't running while I was there, so check if it matters to you. Breakfast wasn't included in the basic price then, and cost extra. The shower took patience: I was told to wait two minutes, but it took around 10 for the water to reach a suitable temperature, apparently because of solar batteries. The fridge barely cooled, so I wouldn't count on it for food. The air conditioner wasn't powerful, and my sunny room stayed hot all day. Its view was of a dump; you could ask for a room elsewhere, perhaps with a mountain view. The building was still under construction and there could be sudden loud noises, disruptive if you or your kids need to sleep during the day. For this price, don't expect room cleaning; you'll need to do it yourself. Before paying, I'd ask about the pool, breakfast or a place to cook, the air conditioner, fridge and shower hot water, the balcony view, daytime noise and cleaning. I'd say it's suited to healthy young couples or groups. Older people and families with kids should sort out a lot of these details in advance.

The owners put me off, and they tried to cheat us when giving change from euros to lira. The room was filthy: dead moths and brown buildup in the shower, and dusty windows even after we asked for another clean. The pool looked as if it had never been cleaned. Avoid this place if you don't want to risk catching a disease.

A friendly family runs this affordable place, and the location is good. They serve a decent Turkish breakfast by the pool and let us check out late. The tea machine stays on, so you can get tea whenever you like. There’s a cat called Boncuk in the garden, Turkish for marble 😊 One thing for the hotel: the reception room smells strongly of cigarettes.

We spent five days here with my sisters and really loved it. The owners were so kind and helpful. It’s a cheap, good spot if you want to relax without noise from other people around. Close to the beach and right in the middle of the Blek center. We just loved staying here! ♥️
