The mountains make the location beautiful, and I liked being able to experience the REAL view of turkey. It's a small hotel, but a great one. The service was kind and understanding, and they try their best to meet your standards. My room was big, nice, and clean, with cleaning every day and whenever you need it. The bartender is the best man at making drinks. It was the best drink I had in turkey, even after trying them everywhere.

The rooms and hotel were clean, and the food was decent for a 3-star place, though meat wasn't served every day and meals were mostly vegetables and side dishes. The air conditioner in our room smelled damp. We don't drink, so I can't comment on the alcohol. We stayed from July 21 to July 29, 2024, and the manager Yusuf made the trip especially unpleasant. He often answered questions rudely and waved his arms around. When we asked whether there would be milk the next day after finding none for breakfast cereal, he said the owner hadn't ordered any and that we had to eat and drink what we were given. He said it rudely. After we complained to our tour operator, Yusuf threatened us with having to leave immediately or he would call the police. He clenched his fists, swung his arms, and muttered in Turkish near the reception cameras. We waited for the police, but the hotel staff left the lobby. The next day there was another beach transfer and milk was bought, though it ran out quickly. A few days later, things were back as before. The beach shuttle was another problem. We were promised transport to a city beach with sunbeds. First we were dropped at a dirty beach with cigarette ends, no sunbeds, and dirty water. Then they took us to a cleaner one with sunbeds and clear water. The ride there was worrying: rather than the large bus we had heard used to run, 20 to 27 people were packed into a converted 12-seat vehicle, sitting on benches in the trunk instead of proper seats. We were told petrol was expensive and it was lucky for whoever got aboard. It was hard not to think about what could happen if the driver braked suddenly. The all-inclusive offer was limited, even the soft drinks at the bar. Tea was in the main hall, so we had to leave the dining room to get it. There was no milk for breakfast cereal either. We also saw children being turned away from billiards because it was supposedly for adults. Even 15-year-olds were refused. We took responsibility for the kids, but if we stepped away, Yusuf sent them off and took the balls. On our first night, the fire alarm went off and there was a strong smell of burning wiring. The hotel never explained what had happened the following day. This was our first time encountering this kind of rudeness in Turkey, despite having visited before.

The staff are really friendly, and the food is delicious. I felt relaxed and comfortable here. The room was very clean and had a lot of charm. I'd happily come back again and recommend it to anyone holidaying in Antalya.

The pictures on the booking sites are fake. Service and food were bad.
