Ayşe sorted everything out for me, and I’m so grateful. I’d cycled all the way from Switzerland to ski in Kyrgyzstan, and the hotel staff were incredible. Amazing place!

The hotel was generally clean and the decor was nice, but I can’t recommend it as a four star hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the Wi-Fi. I tried every solution I could think of, and the staff tried to help, but it still wasn’t working. The toilet was broken and impossible to sit on. I’m sure they know about these problems, but they haven’t fixed them. Be aware, this is what you may run into here.

The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spacious and clean too. We booked family classic rooms, but the room with two single beds was very small. The hotel is a little far from the main cities, so next time I’d stay inside Amasya and make do with the small rooms there. 😉

We had a wonderful time here with our Greek group in June 2024. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with every request, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. A beautiful hotel for visiting Amasya and the region. I’d highly recommend it, 5 stars!

After surviving the earthquake, we stayed here and the team were so kind and supportive to us. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were lovely. In my opinion, it’s the best hotel in Turkey. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars out of 5.
