The check-in took about 20 minutes because nobody was available at reception, and there didn’t seem to be 24-hour reception staff. The property is made up of units owned by different people, and the logistics felt disjointed. The location in Serik/Belek was awful for getting around. It’s surrounded by dirt roads, some blocked by construction, with no food nearby. Ordering anything to the room was a nightmare, and getting a taxi was nearly impossible. You really need your own car. The room was filthy when I arrived, with hair left by the previous woman all over the place. The sheets were stained and covered in hair, and the shower was just as bad. Internet was unavailable most of the time, and when it did connect, it was extremely weak. This was quite possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve had.
