After I asked for my money back, thankfully they returned it. But when I said I'd complain, the person I spoke with told me, “You can't complain about me.” What nerve. SERVICE IS ZERO! We'd arranged a two-day booking with the hotel, and they asked me to transfer the cost of one night to confirm it, which I did. An hour later they called to say someone from ETS Tur had booked a room and they were cancelling our “FIVE-DAY” reservation. I had booked two days, while that customer had booked five and paid more, so the reason seemed obvious. They offered to put us in another room for an extra 150 TL. The management is disgraceful and money-obsessed.
