La Capria Suite Hotel Alaçatı - Adults Only

In the summer heat, that full-size pool was the highlight for us. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were amazing, and the food was very good, though we didn't eat any main meals there. It's just a few minutes on foot from Alacati's historic center. You get what you pay for, and I'd definitely return.

We've been returning for four years, and somehow it gets better every time. This year the hospitality and service were especially outstanding. The place has an Ibiza or Bali sort of feel, with the interior, garden, and pool all put together with care and attention to detail. Simply amazing, and the best hotel in the area in my view.

Korkmaz was great. He was helpful, friendly, organized, and the person who made the place feel better to me. The hotel is beautiful, and Korkmaz and some of the very young waiters were trying their best. Some staff were inexperienced, which by itself isn't a big deal. The person at reception, though, was a complete failure at the job. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but he didn't know how to treat guests politely, helpfully, or warmly. I'm from Switzerland and know what good hotel service should look like. My room smelled of smoke from the previous guests. That's not the hotel's fault, but there should be stricter rules about smoking in rooms. I appreciated that they let us stay for one night even though they normally require two. Still, I can't give more stars for that. We arranged a birthday event and payment through the receptionist, which is why we were so disappointed. With some staff changes, this could be a much better place.
