The Culinarium was a highlight: the à la carte meal was exceptional, though you can only dine there once during your stay. The Island bar service was great, especially Anil, and Riad the fitness instructor made Aqua Aerobics great too. The hotel shops were good value, particularly the clothes shop and bag and shoe shop. We bought lots, so I’d suggest extra airline baggage for the journey home. There wasn’t much to do, and the entertainment was very poor. The hotel mainly caters to German guests, around 90%. Restaurant and snack bar staff were nice, but service was slow. The food was repetitive and boring. The outdoor pool was icy in October, which made getting in a struggle. The indoor pool wasn’t very clean and had a lingering urine smell. Our room was small but nice and kept clean. When I asked for extra bedding, it arrived straight away. Reception was quick and efficient at both check-in and check-out.

Housekeeping kept our room spotless and caught a small repair that needed doing. She contacted maintenance right away, and they came promptly to sort it out. That attention to the little things really stood out. The whole team, from the servers to the front desk, was friendly and attentive. They remembered our names and even our usual drinks and meals, which made the stay feel personal. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and loved the calm, elegant atmosphere. Already looking forward to coming back.

It’s a smaller complex, so getting around is easy, and the activities were nicely spread through the day. I felt relaxed here and could switch off from everyday life. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and they paid close attention to what I needed. The quality was great. I’d recommend the Hotel and would come back if I get the chance.

Ms. Şeyma from guest relations was so kind and helped us with everything. We’d certainly come back if she’s here. We liked the pool and the food, and our room was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive.
