The location is good, and the guy working for the owner was very kind and polite. The owner was friendly too, though he also came across as a bit manipulative. Our room was far too small for four people, there was no lift, and the kitchen equipment seemed ancient. During our three nights, they didn’t clean at all. We regretted booking here. Quite a few things need fixing.

It was clean, which matters, and the location was good. The rooms could use an update, and the sink faucet in the small bathroom was loose. Just know there’s no elevator. Hauling bags up four flights is rough.

Great spot, only about a five-minute walk from istiklal Street, and the host was friendly. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our stay. Just be ready for lots of stairs: our room was on the fourth floor and there’s no lift. The place is on a slope too, so the uphill walk is a lot. I’d recommend it.

Location was the one good thing. We stayed 12 nights, but they only came twice to clean the room and take out the trash. The pictures show how much rubbish had piled up. The hotel was very dated and noisy, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
